For more than 20 years, Alameda Connects, a 501(c) (6) non-profit, has served Lakewood’s Alameda Corridor.  It has done so by hosting monthly community meetings, sponsoring and obtaining community grants, and working with local leaders to help address neighborhood needs. We foster opportunity and prosperity by cultivating connections through the celebration of our vibrant community.
